There are no formal restrictions on smoking in public places in Estonia.		エストニアでは、公共の場所での喫煙について公式の規制はない。
However, a voluntary agreement operates in hospitals, on public transport (including taxis), in schools, cinemas, and other public places.		しかしながら、病院、公共交通機関（タクシーを含む）、学校、映画館およびその他の公共の場所において、自主的な規制が機能している。
Although there is legislation on smoking in the workplace, it is reportedly not enforced.		職場の喫煙を規制する法律はあるが、守らせるための努力がなされていないとの報告がある。
