Smoke-free legislation applies to all workplaces, and in all rooms and closed areas where meetings and gatherings take place.		禁煙法は、すべての職場、および会議・集会などが行われるすべての部屋と屋内のエリアに適用される。
However, organisations are permitted to allow smoking in certain workrooms as long as this does not infringe upon the rights of non-smokers.		しかしながら、各職場においては、非喫煙者の権利を侵害しない限り、一定の仕事部屋において喫煙を認めることができる。
